GREEN PEAS PRESERVATING METHOD
To safe the green peas are cheap in winter and you can easily preserve then in a refrigerator for 6 to 10 months for use in summer.
- Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt.Then add the peas.
- Let them boil for 1 second. Strain the water and immerce the peas in Ice cold water for 2 seconds.
- Strain again the pack into an air tight polythene packet, before placing then a freezer.
