4. Honey is Excellent Medicine for reduce Weight . Make 2 tbsp lemon juice in a glass of water, add 1 teaspoon of honey and a little pepper powder , drink daily morning . 

5. Drink lemon juice after Lunch .

6. Eat daily morning 10 Curry ( Karuveppilai )

7. Only Eat fresh vegetable daily Night .
